B&B Style Accommodation Photography
As a general guide normally with setting up, extra room lighting, dialing
in the available light, etc you will get 1 to 2 rooms maximum photographed
in 2 hours. It usually takes a morning or afternoon
to properly photograph a small BnB style property.
The property to be photographed should be ready with flowers,
bedding, and any visual props etc, that you wish to use, set up well
before the start of the photo shoot, as time lost tuning and modifying
a room style & look will use up your chargeable photography time.
If you want the images enhanced in any way after the photography, a
typical example would be, a blue sky added to an external shot, because
it was overcast on the day of the shoot, cracks in walls, power cords showing, etc, the digital image editing charge
out rate is
$30.00 per each 15 minutes. It can take approx 30 minutes to process an image to a suitable output
We check all of the images and supply them to you at 3008
x 2000 x 300dpi or greater in tiff or jpeg format on 2 CDROM. We shoot in the Nikon
RAW digital camera format.
As a general rule we do not provide accounts for photography work and
will expect payment at the completion of the shoot unless other arrangements
have been agreed to in advance.
A 50% Deposit is usually required for all photography work.

Reliability and Accuracy of Information

Maxwell's Web Media.Com Pty Ltd does not warrant that your access to any hosted web sites will be secure or uninterrupted. Maxwell's
Web Media.Com Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss to you resulting
from you relying on the security, uninterrupted supply of information
or access to the Internet sites administered and managed by Maxwell's Web Media.Com
Pty Ltd.
Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the users of these sites and
the property owners to finalize and confirm bookings as promptly as possible.
Maxwell's Web Media.Com Pty Ltd cannot be held liable for any problems
that may arise including, but not limited to, failure of the booking.
By the very nature of the internet, web servers may fail due to power
loss, terrorism attacks, system hardware and software faults, and so on,
there can be no 100% guarantee of connections to the hosted sites. Typical
general uptime in the past years has been in the region of less than one
- two days off line in a 365 day sample. The Internet is a volatile system
spanning millions of global web servers. There can be no guarantee of website availability.
3.Accounts & Overdue Late Payments
Original advertising order fees and charges are collected at
the time of the advertising order.
Maxwell's Web Media.Com Pty Ltd issues 7 day accounts for existing customers,
and these are due 7 days from the account invoice date unless they are
COD.
We reserve the right to apply late fees to all accounts not paid within
14 days of the due date.
The late fee charge is applied at the rate of $25.00 per each 14 day period
the account is late.
Accounts more than 30 days overdue are handed to our collection agency,
and any advertisement or listing is removed from the website involved.
Re-listing your details online when the account is paid will incur a re-listing
fee.
If the business has a full hosted site or a shopping cart development with Maxwell's Web Media.Com Pty Ltd your
web services including all email are suspended until the outstanding amount
is paid in full, and your existing website is marked with "This site
is suspended & offline for account violations"
Re-establishing your hosted website after full payment of past due accounts
is received will involve an additional payment of $250.00. If your account constantly is in arrears you will be asked to pay any outstanding amounts, and find a new IT consultant and website hosting solution.
4.Website Hosting Packages & your use of the sites
owned and managed by Maxwell's Web Media.Com Pty Ltd
A condition of your website hosting package & the continued use of
these sites is that you agree not to use any site for purposes that are
unlawful, deemed unethical or misleading by Maxwell's Web Media, or prohibited
by these terms and conditions or by other applicable Australian laws and regulations.
Your continued use of the site also signifies that you indemnify Maxwell's
Web Media.Com Pty Ltd and its related bodies from any loss or damage or
costs in connection with any breach of theses conditions or any other
legal obligation by you and your use of, or conduct on these sites.
Maxwell's Web Media.Com Pty Ltd reserves the right to edit or remove any
information on websites at any time.

Images, html code, SEO optimization techniques, materials and software on these sites are copyright
protected. Material may not be copied without the prior written approval

6.Transactions
Maxwell's Web Media.Com Pty Ltd may have provided the initial means of
contact between you (the property owner, product or service provider)
and the online user of these sites, but it takes no responsibility for
any transaction or contract entered into between you and the web site
user. You are responsible for conducting your own investigation regarding
any and all claims made by prospective renters or item purchasers. Maxwell's

web site users, should they place a booking or purchase, Maxwell's Web
Media.Com Pty Ltd is not responsible for the non-payment by a web site
user, the state in which the property is left, or the damage which may

9. Domain Registrations
Domains are registered when requested, in the clients name, with a suitable ABN number a usual requirement. Transfer
is possible when we are in receipt of a request from the original owner/registrant and the current account is not in arrears with any money outstanding.
10. Hosting Packages
Hosting packages are not transferable between owners.
On the Sale/Re-lease/Sub-lease/Transfer/
of an existing business with a hosting package with Maxwell's Web Media.Com
Pty Ltd that said hosting package must be re applied for. A full application
form for Web Hosting with Maxwell's Web Media must be filled in. A credit
application must be filled in also at the same time. It is the responsibility
of the old and new owner to satisfy our requirements. We will suspend
accounts that we do no have the correct documentation for.
With the above noted it is very important to get you domain/hosting package
transferred into the correct name on the sale of a business!!
11. Maxwell's Web Media reserves the right to vary any,
or all of the above terms & conditions at any time when required,
without any consultation or notification.
